As Training and Events Manager for the BRC, Lucy is responsible for delivering research training and a portfolio of training events across the NIHR Exeter BRC partnerships, as well as supporting other NIHR Exeter infrastructures. She also co-chairs the EDI Working Group for the NIHR Exeter BRC in collaboration with the CRF and works with the PPIE team to develop robust inclusive research practices. 

Lucy has been working in research support for the last twelve years, specialising in supporting cross-disciplinary and engaged research.
