Karolina works closely with the BRC Director, Professor Sallie Lamb, and is responsible for shaping and delivering the Centre’s strategy and day-to-day operations, with expertise in research operations, programme management and the strategic delivery of biomedical research. She brings extensive experience in managing complex research portfolios and previously built a strong academic foundation through experimental biomedical research in cell and developmental biology.
